 this is a great message board. i had a laparoscopy done a few weeks ago and found out i have stage 3 endometriosis. i've been trying to get pregnant for over a year now - - does anyone have or know of any success stories re: having endometriosis and getting pregnant with ovulex? thanks so much!!

 everyone..i took an ovulation test today sept.22 and i got a positive...even though my period was on aug.31-sept.13 is it possible to have a late ovulation.i guess i just want to get some more opinons,to try to convince myself.i have never got a positive on anything...ovulation tests or pregnacy tests,this is the first!so exciting!

 just wondering if this sounds normal..i recieved my first positive ovulation test on wed. sept.22,and i have got a positive right away every day since,it is very bold no faint pink lines,it shows before the test is even complete.so today is saturday sept.25,and i have positives on wed, thursday, friday,and saturday!!don't get me wrong i'am very excited but i just want to hear what anyone else thinks.

 christie, sounds like you're still getting positives. are you taking ovulex as well?? i'm currently using a fertility monitor along with ovulex and this last cycle i had like 2 weeks on high...usually it's like 4-5 days. i've also read on the ovulex site that it lengthens the ovulatory cycle. i guess that means that you're fertile period could be longer?? just a thought. i'd keep taking the tests and wait the full time alotted before reading the results. good luck!

 good luck lis. maybe she will find something your current doctor doesnt. i wish they would try to find the root of the problem versus just giving us the drugs to have babies. sometimes those drugs don't even help b/c we are all different. i tried clomid about 3 cycles but when i read women on clomid getting ovarian cancer i decided to stop and now i'm on ovulex. hope we all get a miracle soon.

 in the book tcoyf, its normal to get it during preovulatory phase. in fact, i've never experience egg white fluid, but only creamy white fluid.

 how funny. i always got the egg white stretchable mucus before. since i started to take ovulex it went away. now i get nothing. like it dried me up. i'm on my 13th day of my cycle and still not stretchy egg white mucus. u r suppose to get right before you ovulate. after ovulation it goes back to thick and creamy or even dry. a doctor told me that pregnant women ususally don't get much mucus. to thin out the mucus i've read that plain rubotusin is good. you need lots of water to produce mucus. good luck.

 10-08-04 update: 15th day of my cycle. this morning i saw the egglike substance, not a lot but a good sign. meaning that if everything goes fine i should ovulate in the next 3 days. we will see.

 has anyone had longer periods while on ovulex i usually only go for 5 to 7 days but today is my 8th and it seems that it isn't slowing up the first three days were only alittle red but only enough for a mini pad, should i be concerned or is this o.k. i hope to soon stop, i was hoping that this would make me regular not make my periods longer but i hadn't had one in a couple of months well i did have it for one day which is not normal last month. well i hope to hear of more good news on here soon, god bless

 uja, your mom is right. i told a lady at work about the herbs and she told me the same thing. she said it will keep me warm. you really need to drink lots of water. i drink plenty of water at work but on the weekends i forget and i can feel the difference. my throat gets really dry my eyes get really dry. i do get plenty of sleep i make sure of that. as long as i keep the water going i'm ok. i'm sorry uja. i'm not sure what to recommend. maybe ovulex was dehydrating your body. maybe if you got your body ready with for ovulex like with vitamins (once source is good) lots of sleep and lots of water. maybe then it will work. don't know. wish you luck. god bless.

 had a tubal reversal done and ttc for 5 months now. we decided to take ovulex and amberoz for 3 months to see if that may speed things up for the 5 months before ovulex we used ovulation kits to find out when to be most fertile but to be honest i am beginning to think ovulex is just a gimmick i always ovulated on or around the time i should and my period was always normal 27 to 31 days but since being on ovulex for 3 weeks now i noticed i did not ovulate at all this month no peak no line not even a faint one. i also notice when i take it i get headaches and upset stomach my period is due around the 26th of october and i think if i dont get it and i dont ovulate soon i will stop taking it. after all to get pregnant you have to ovulate???? i emailed to company 4 times and called them once never to hear a response back has anyone else had this problem with not ovulating at all?

 yes eccho i had mine for 11 days and i was normally for 5 or 7 before i started having problems with it. give it time i have heard of alot of people conceiveing with ovulex give it at lest the 3 months. i am also 41 and taking ovulex. i have been on it for 13 days and it made me start the next day.

 eccho, i also think ovulex may be a total gimmick. i did clomid the cycle right before taking ovulex, and clomid usually has a "honeymoon" period where it still has like a half-life in your system the cycle after taking it. well, while on ovulex, i didn't ovulate that cycle. i was doing a fertility monitor along with it and had like 2 weeks of a "high" reading with no "peak" reading. and i stopped taking it on day 37 of my cycle and still have not had a period...and i'm on day 52 now! i'm so pissed i wasted my $$, but at least i can send it back and get my $$$ back!!! good luck!

 kystal i agree with you 100% and mia i know for a fact that i don't ovulate that is one reason that i have not had a baby yet and my periods are not regular, i have been married for 20 years and haven't gotten pregnant yet and i believe that yes it was ovulex that help me to start my period because i was very late and only had it for one day when i did start before ovulex which is unsual for me i felt like i needed to start but it just wouldn't come until i started those pills and i believe that ovulex is what made it come on when it did everyone is different i don't think that it works the same for everyone. i for one plan on taking it for at lest 3 month unless i get pregnant first, i am on day 14 and i have been testing with a ovulating test kit but nothing yet i a hopeful that i will see something soon. i think if this was a gimic than there wouldn't be so many people that have had babys from taking it.

 you got it koko my prayers are with you, i have been on ovulex for 24 days and i have been ovulating i have been testing with the ov. test sticks clear blue easy and yesterday it was darker than the ref. line the day before yesterday it got darker but wasn't as dark as the ref. line and today it was not as dark as yesterday and not as dark as the ref. line. or as dark as before so needless to say we have been busy hehe. wish us luck and pray it happens i had my aunt anoint me and pray for me and she believes that it will happen and she was very excited when i told her i was ovuating. i am also using pre-seed that seems to help for some reason before when we had sex it seemed that it would come back out and with pre-seen i have not seen that happening i did use alot of the pre-seed and that seem to come back out but very little of it looked like sperm and i don't leak for a long time like i used to. i found pre-seed online and i'm very glad i did. when i was ovulating i had alot of pain and was not used to that because i was told by the doctors that i don't ovulate and that i would not get pregnant unless i took drugs to make it happen. well i tried there drugs and it didn't happen, i believe that ovulex will help better then they ever did. well take care and keep the faith.

 hi rosanna i guess we are in the same boat i had my last period in june, too ovulex for 2 months already still no period. well i have stopped ovulex because i got heat rashes from it. anyways.. still hoping for good. now since i dont have any period and dont know when will be the next and hard to tell if ovulating or not. me and my hubby are doing it now every other day ,not everyday though that will be too much. may be i will concieve. becoz i have irregular period and dont really know when my body ovulate. hope it will work.. i am so hopping for a good news soon. :) baby dust to all! will keep posting.

 i was wondering if anyone has any advice for me. i have been on ovulex for 2 months. i have noticed changes in my cycle since i have been on it but my opk's were still showing neg results. apparently i ovulate a lot later than i had thought. i thought i o'd around cd 14 every month so i was bding around then but still using opk. yesterday i showed + results on opk on cd 20. dh was out of town on business but we bd'd the night before that on cd 19. so i am wondering how good my chances are of catching the egg. we bd'd every other day the week before + opk. but when i showed the surge we weren't able to. any advice would be appreciated

 wow you do love it, i was going once a week off and on in sperts, i have been skating since i was a teenager, yea i had this one kid come rolling right at me screaming lookout or something like that i didn't have time to get out of the way and boy did i hit hard i just don't want to take that chance, i bet your really good at it, thats where our teenager is now hubby went to go pick him up the skating rink is only about 10 minutes from our house. i agree it's a state of mind and i plan on growing old slowly. well bob evans is a nice place to eat we went there tonight and i was so hungry and boy was it good, i got my mashed potatoes and gravy and turkey and stuffing and salad but couldn't eat it all, i have been only able to eat so much then i am full and then i can't eat anymore when i get to that point i haven't been counting my points for weight watchers and have been able to keep from gaining so thats good, i hope you feel better soon and yes i know what you mean if i am i want to only gain baby weight and i don't want to go over 20 pounds if i can help it right now i weight 130 so that would put me even less than i started out when i lost all my weight on weight watchers. i would love to be in your club ttgtl lol and i am sure that shannon would to we are trying that's forsure! thanks i am hoping and praying that soon i test positive this week has been so slow i plan on testing on sunday and if that is still to early then i will test on tuesday again i counted and if i concieved on that sunday then this sunday would be 14 days so hopfully that will be long enough to show something. if it doesn't show up by tuesday then i will call my doctor and go in and get a blood test. my hubby told me that i was pms-ing and that i was going to start my period soon well i didn't like that for some reason i have been real moody lately especially with him and him telling me that made me dream that i started my period and was upset i was glad it was only a dream, i also dreamed that he called me and told me that he was stopped by the cops and that our insurance had ran out and he told me not to drive i asked him when he got home if it happened because it was so real and he said it was just another of my crazy dreams. why i would dream that i have no idea. i hope that soon it will be positive and the waiting to know will be over and then i can be pregnant with you. that would be great. well i think i will go to bed now talk to you soon, lots of hugs back at ya, love theresa

 i figured since my periods were irregular that it would be different than someone with a normal period but wasn't sure so thanks for confirming that, so far it is different than normal it is still light and now it is a light color red it was brown and it is still just a lite flow mostly when i wipe but i need a mini pad i had some cramping and had to take some tylenol and i layed down when the kids had there nap time and took a nap with them, i'm trying not to get my hopes up to high if this is a normal period and not implantation bleeding i don't want to be upset but i am hoping that it is implantation bleeding, i guess i'll know when i see how long it last and if it is different than normal and i will plan on waiting to test a couple of days after it stops i am hoping that it stops and only goes for a few days how long did yours last? i also feel bloated my pants are alittle more snug on me. i guess it's just a waiting game now. if it didn't take this month there is always next month, i plan on taking it easy tonight hopfully my husband and son will not be to upset if we just have soup and sandwiches, oh and i am hoping that if i am i can find out before next week my hubby is on jury duty and they are talking about serquesting them next week thats where they put them up in a hotel until they come up with a verdit wouldn't it just be awful if i found out that i was when i had no way of telling him about it. well talk to you later, thanks for being there it helps to have someone that has been through this to talk to. love theresa ((hugs)) backatya

 i forgot to mention that i had alot of discharge this weekend and on friday the day i was due for my period i had alot it was white and creamy, it has been like that for a while i needed a mini pad for it one day but it wasn't that bad the other days. i am usually dry but haven't had that problem for a while. well i am going to go relax and try to get my mind off of this for a while. i'll keep you posted. love theresa

 well today it is heavier and red and i was clotting this morning, usually at night i slow down and don't hardly have anything but this morning when i work up it was going steady so i don't know what to think, maybe the hormons in the ovulex made me start getting bigger boobs so maybe i will keep this size that would be nice, i am not sure but i think this is a normal period and i'm not pregnant it was nice thought thinking that i was and i will just try again next time. i'm not sure why i was thirsty all the time but i think the extra drinking made me have to go to the bathroom alot maybe because i wanted it so bad i had the systoms, i have one tube that is blocked so maybe i ovulated on that side maybe next time i will get lucky and ovulate on the other side that is open. well i will not give up i start on my second bottle tonight. so we will see how this coming month goes. i'll just keep praying and taking my ovulex and maybe soon it will happen. love theresa

 well i am on cd 28 now. for as long as i can remember i have had 28 day cycles. the last few months have been 32 days. last month my cycle was 26 days. i think that may have been because of the ovulex. (only because i have never had such a short cycle)so i am going to assume that last month was just a weird cycle and that i should be expecting af saturday on cd 32. i finished up my 2nd bottle this morning. we'll see what happens. theresa...sorry to hear about af showing. keep up the positive thoughts though. i will keep you posted.

 shannon, yes i think it could have not sure that would be my guess unless your pregnant and your body isn't going to have a period. i know with me i had really sore and tender breast after i ovulated and they even grew a very good side effect i think,before they would just get alittle tender around the time i was due to have my period, what ever the reason you will found out soon enough(but it will feel like forever if your like me). i hope you are pregnant that would be great to have another success story i think that ovulex is doing great for me even thought i am not pregnant this is the first time i have ovulated without f. drugs to make me do so and that in itself is a good start for me it tells me that it's working now it's just a matter of time and lots of prayer, and if it is gods will for me it will happen,oh i wanted to ask you i know my first time taking it i had a 12 day cycle how was yours was it long and how was your sencond one? i am hoping that his one doesn't last that long,well goodnite and god bless theresa
